Roof Repair
Fast, targeted repairs for leaks, missing shingles, and wind or hail damage — and an honest answer about whether you need one.
Not every roof needs replacing. A good share of the calls we take turn out to be a failed pipe boot, lifted flashing, or a handful of shingles the wind took — a few hundred dollars of work rather than a few thousand. We will tell you when that is the case, even though the bigger job pays us more.
We repair roofs throughout Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, and Garland, with reps answering the phone around the clock for active leaks.
We find the source, not the symptom
Water rarely enters a roof directly above the stain on your ceiling. It travels along the decking, follows a rafter, and drips somewhere else entirely. Patching where the stain appears is how a leak gets "fixed" three times and keeps coming back.
We trace the water to its actual entry point. The usual culprits in North Texas are flashing around chimneys, valleys, and wall transitions; cracked or degraded rubber boots at vent pipes, which are the single most common leak source we find; wind-lifted or missing shingles; separated seams on low-slope sections; and improperly sealed penetrations left behind by satellite dishes or solar mounts.
Emergency and storm-related repairs
When a storm opens up a roof, the priority is stopping water from getting into the structure. We can tarp an active leak to keep the damage contained while a full repair or an insurance claim gets sorted out. Interior water damage compounds fast, and a day of delay can turn a roof repair into a drywall, insulation, and flooring problem.
Our reps answer 24 hours a day for exactly this reason. Storms do not keep business hours, and neither does a roof leaking into a bedroom at two in the morning.
When a repair is not the right answer
If we inspect your roof and find it is too far gone for a repair to be worth your money, we will show you the photos and explain why rather than selling you a patch that buys six months. A roof with widespread hail bruising, extensive granule loss, or leaks appearing in several unrelated areas is telling you something a repair cannot fix.
If the damage came from a storm, that inspection may also be the start of an insurance claim rather than an out-of-pocket repair, and we can walk you through both options before you decide.
Roof Repair FAQ
Most common repairs — flashing, a few missing shingles, a vent pipe boot — fall between $350 and $1,500 depending on access and the extent of the damage. We give you the number in writing before any work starts.
Yes. We can tarp and stabilize an active leak immediately to prevent further damage, then complete the permanent repair once the claim is settled. Emergency mitigation is often covered by the policy itself.
We respond to every request within 30 minutes, and reps are available 24 hours a day. For an active leak we prioritize getting someone out the same day whenever possible.
